• The combined amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered within a specified period.
• The bonus is applicable only once per account.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are at dg999's discretion and may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and are usable only as gaming credits.

4.3 VIP Program

The dg999 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. Higher tiers offer more benefits and offers.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Participating in any collusive or fraudulent activity with other users.
• Impersonating dg999 staff or misrepresenting the platform.
• Harassing, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other users.

5.2 Right to Close Accounts

dg999 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, particularly if:

• The user violates these Terms.
• Information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found on the account.
• Closure is required due to regulatory bodies or legal requirements.

All content published on the dg999 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of dg999 or its respective licensors. Except for the limited permission for personal, non-commercial use granted under these Terms, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

All content from game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others) is their own intellectual property and is used by dg999 under the relevant terms and conditions.

7.1 Service Availability
